• You have to be present to win a raffle prize and the raffle will now take place at 19:45 on Saturday

• Dinner reservations for Saturday are now available below under "SHOP"

• Also under "SHOP" you can pre-order Long Sleeve T- Shirts (crew neck spf50 for men, V neck poly/cotton blend for women)

• If you would like to compete in a no Flying Sails Division (NFS), let us know, if there are 4 boats or more we will create one

• Registration fee  $150. $25 discount for BYC members, early registration has been extended until the end of registration.

• Holiday Inn & Suites Bellingham (located here, less than 10 minutes from the marina & BYC) are offering PITCH participants a discounted rate of $129 + tax for a mix of single king and double Queen rooms. To access the rate, guests have a couple of options.

  One option is to call the front desk directly at 360-746-6844 and ask to book within the Pitch 51 Regatta group block.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

 Friday

1400-1600—Welcoming Committee (beer) for Sailing Vessels arriving, let us know if you are arriving in this time window

1600—BYC Clubhouse bar will be open

1600-1900 Registration at BYC Clubhouse

1700—Free BBQ hosted by and the Dead Pirates Society

1800-1830—Mandatory Skippers’ Meeting (free beer while it lasts!)

1900-2100 – Music by the Young Kids

Saturday

0730-0900 - Registration

1000—First warning signal

1600—BYC lounge will open. Happy hour (no-host bar)

1800 – Dinner by Lilia’s Mexican. Dinner tickets are available for advance purchase (see below) at

$20 per person. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door. 

1945 – Raffle, proceeds go to Youth Sailing

1900-2000 – Music The Jasmin Green Band

Sunday

1000—First warning signal

1500—No warning signal shall be made after 1500 hours

1600 - BYC lounge will open. Happy hour (no-host bar)

1700 – Dinner, Pizza - Two slices for $5

1700-1745 Awards (time will may depending on protest hearings)
