BYC Pink Party 2023

On Friday night, August 25th, Bellingham Yacht Club will host the first ever Pink Party, in conjunction with the Bellingham Pink Boat Regatta and supporting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).  Members and their Guests and Regatta participants are invited to wear PINK and have fun while helping raise money for breast cancer research.

The doors will open at 5:30 pm.  At that time with bar will be open, the band will play, and Pink Boat Regatta items will be for sale.  There will be flags to purchase to honor loved ones, shirts and hats to wear for participating or just supporting the regatta.  Raffle tickets will be for sale, with many great items to choose from.  Dinner will be served at 6:00, and a short program will follow.  The reason for the event is first and foremost to have fun!  It is a fundraiser that supports a larger organization.  Pink Boat Regatta events are run completely by volunteer efforts and will also take place in Seattle and Tacoma on later weekends, and they all contribute to the larger organization of BCRF.  You do not have to be part of the regatta to attend the Pink Party!  All Members and their Guests are invited to join the fun.

After the program, we will dance the night away to Craig O’s Planet Groove.  It will be a festive night of having fun and doing good. 

You are also invited to check out the boats which will be parked at the yacht club and participate in the regatta on Saturday!  Registration for the regatta will be open to any sailboat until Saturday morning, August 26.  More information and registration can be found at pinkboatreggata.org

Tickets for the party are $50 per person, available on the BYC website or at the door.
