Silent Auction and Salmon Dinner
Join us for a fun night of tasty food, exciting auction items, and general merriment all around in the Bellingham Yacht Club's Marina Room! A gourmet salmon dinner will be served. Dinner ticket includes soda and adult beverages. Bid on auction items donated by local businesses, participate in a wine pull, and more.
We will celebrate a great season of summer camps getting over 300 kids out learning to sail on Bellingham Bay! In addition, the BYC Race Team began traveling to local regattas this summer. Local Bellingham High School Sailing Teams are full and practicing four days a week fall, winter, and spring.
It's important to continue creating exciting opportunities for our youth to get out on the water and support our local high school sailing teams. It takes a village to keep these programs running and helping kids is a fun and worthy cause! The coaches, parents, and volunteers are a dedicated bunch.
The goal this year is to earn money to replace a coach boat that has been decommissioned at over 30 years of service. This fundraiser will benefit the Bellingham Sailing Foundation and Whatcom Sailing Foundation, both non-profit organizations. See you there!
